There are six key steps to achieving a quick sale on your home:

1.The initial valuation:

All valuations are carried out by Sales Director Max Coleman and will reflect the most accurate price for the current market. Max bases his valuations on recently sold comparable property in the area, square footage and internal finish as well as current nationwide market trends. When Max comes to value your home, you will be presented with recent sales from our company and other agencies to ensure peace of mind that your house is being marketed at the correct value.

2. Presenting your property to prospective buyers:

In our experience we have found that there are two camps of people when it comes to buying a house; buyers who can look past clutter, weeds and a property that needs a bit of a clean and those who can’t; At Coleman Estates we think ‘Why take the chance of ruling out half of the buying public?’ We advise that you make sure your properly is thoroughly decluttered, clean, tidy and creates a great impression for the person who is waiting outside your front door to view!

3. Marketing your property effectively:

At Coleman Estates, we carry out professional photography, floorplans and up to date EPC’s on every single property regardless of price or size.
